Working Committee Valuation of real estate property (AG ImmoWert)

The AG ImmoWert has the task of contributing to the needs-based provision of high-quality, standardized and comprehensive information in the area of ​​official real estate valuation by supporting digitalization and legislative projects and through nationwide, technical coordination on uniform data models and cutting speeds.

The AG is currently headed by Ms. Ehlers (BB). The deputy AG head is Mr. Neumetzger (HE).

After coordination with the working committee of the higher appraisal committees, central offices and appraisal committees in the Federal Republic of Germany (AK OGA), the following tasks in particular are carried out by AG ImmoWert:

Technical coordination on uniform data models and interfaces

• Maintenance of the uniform, official data model for standard land values ​​(currently BRM 3.0.1)
• technical coordination for quality assurance and further development of the cross-border land value information system for Germany (BORIS-D)
• Contact person for third parties regarding the provision and use of standard land values ​​and other geospatial reference data for official real estate valuation, in particular for the financial administration

Support for digitalization and legislative projects

• Creation of nationwide standards for the data of official real estate valuation, taking into account the possibilities of the appraisal committees and the interests of external bodies
• Coordination of requests with nationwide requirements (e. g. For tax or statistical purposes or for research)
• Contact person for technical questions and requirements for authorities and other external bodies (e. g. Financial administration, Federal Ministry of Construction, Building Land Commission, DESTATIS)
• Deployment of experts to technical committees and project groups upon request
• Participation in the creation process of all kinds of normative specifications upon request and support of legislative proposals.
