Working Committee Public Relations and Marketing (AK PRM)

The AK PRM is responsible for providing information about the geobase data available nationwide and for ensuring cross-state, harmonized provision of the geospational reference data and services of the official German surveying and mapping. Our goal is to continually improve the availability, transparency and usability of this data. 

User needs exploration and requirement analysis

• Collection and documentation of the requirements of the state and society for the geobase products
• Analysis of user requirements for the geospatial reference services and comparison with the offer

Conditions policy

• Development of license and fee models
• Recommendations for the further development of the AdV fee directive
• Adaptation of the model license agreements for the use of geospational reference data and geospational referenc services to further technical and legal developments

Product information

• Maintaining the corporate design of the official German surveying and mapping
• Provision of information materials (e. g. product brochures and flyers, product-related internet presentations)
• Implementation of measures to inform the availability and usability of the provided geospational reference data 

Distribution policy

• Coordination and harmonization of the nationwide provision of the geospational reference data

Public relations

• Carrying out high-profile measures to cultivate the image
• Maintenance of the AdV website
• Trade fair appearances
