The AK LK introduces itself

The AK LK has the task of maintaining the uniformity of the official geometric and factual data (geospational reference data) for the model, application-neutral description of the properties on the earth's surface. For this purpose, standards for the collection and homogeneous management of the geospational reference data of the real estate cadastre as well as for the provision of products are coordinated and recommended for use.

  • Participation in the AAA revision committee as part of the AdV AAA maintenance guarantee
  • Maintenace of the ALKIS data model and documentation
  • Overview of the structure and content of cadastre in other countries
  • Coordination of the real estate cadastre data at the national borders
  • Development of technical standards for the survey processes (especially for property surveys)
  • Measures for updating the data recorded in the real estate cadastre
  • Investigation of further possibilities for harmonizing the basic data sets of ALKIS and ATKIS
Technical coordination with authorities and bodies
  • Cooperation with the electronic land register EGB
  • Connection to the rural development specialist information system LEFIS
  • Coordination with the statistical authorities (official area statistics, census preparation)
  • Accompanying the concept of the networked standard land value information system VBORIS
  • Connection of specialist information systems from other authorities and bodies in ALKIS
