The Executive Office introduces itself
The AdV is supported by an Executive Office that is set up at a member authority. The management has the individual task, in agreement with the chair
- to manage the day-to-day business,
- to manage the AdV budget and
- to support the representation and presentation of the official surveying and mapping
The AdV Executive Office forms the administrative level of the AdV and ensures the continuous business viability of the working committees. Since 2011, the AdV Executive Office has been located at the Bavarian Agency for Digitisation, High-Speed Internet and Surveying.
AdV Management
Dr.-Ing. Markus Seifert has been Managing Director of AdV since January 1, 2026. Previously, Mr. Seifert headed the Smart Mapping working group and worked in the staff department for affairs of the Working Group of Surveying Administrations and for International Cooperation in the Bavarian Agency for Digitisation, High-Speed Internet and Surveying.
Deputy AdV Management
Nils Brumm has been Deputy Managing Director of AdV since January 1, 2026. He previously worked as a consultant in the AdV Executive Office.
