The AK IK introduces itself
The AK IK has the task of ensuring the uniformity of the gespational reference data and its provision from the perspective of information and communication technology in the context of a geodata infrastructure.

Geodata infrastructure - information technology tasks
- Recommendation of standardized services for geobase and geotechnical data (application profiles for geoservices)
- Coordination of information technology GDI activities within the AdV
- Coordination of information technology GDI activities for the AdV at national and European level (GDI-DE, INSPIRE)
