Land use (1.0.2)

The Land Use Application Scheme (LN_Landuse) provides a nomenclature with the corresponding object types to describe the character of areas based on their current and foreseeable future function or socio-economic purpose. This includes e. g. Residential, industrial or commercial areas, areas used for agriculture or forestry and leisure areas.

By combining land cover and land use information, a complete picture of the real landscape is created. 
The implementation and provision of the data is the responsibility of the individual AdV member administrations.
