Land cover (1.0.1)

The Land Cover Application Schema (LB_Land Cover) provides a nomenclature with the appropriate object types to ensure the physical and biological cover of the earth's surface, including artificial land, agricultural land, forests, natural and semi-natural areas, wetlands and the water body. 

By combining land cover and land use information, a complete picture of the real landscape is created. 
The implementation and provision of the data is the responsibility of the individual AdV member administrations.
