Land reference values ​​(2.1.0)

The application schema for reference land values ​​(BR_Bodenrichtwerte) provides the nomenclature with the corresponding object types in order to ensure the reference land values ​​for real estate valuation.

With the GeoInfoDoc NEW (reference version 7.1), the former model “BORIS” was integrated into the modeling of geobase data in official surveying as a further application scheme “BRM – soil standard value model”. Like the other application schemes, e. g. For example, land cover or AAA output catalog, it inherits all propert ies of the AAA subject schema.

Technically, no changes were made to this model compared to VBORIS version 2.0.1. Only the basis was created to use the innovations of the AAA application scheme.

Due to the legal changes brought about by the Real Estate Valuation Ordinance (ImmoWertV) 2021 and changed technical requirements, the standard land value model (BRM) has been fundamentally further developed. The new BRM 3.0.1 model will apply to the standard land values ​​from January 1st, 2025.
