Digital landsape model 250 (DLM250)

The DLM250 describes the topographic objects of the landscape and the relief of the Earth’s surface in vector format. The objects are defined according to their spatial position, geometric type, descriptive attributes and relations to other objects. The ATKIS® Feature Type Catalogue (ATKIS®-OK250) specifies which feature types the DLM contains and how the objects must be formed.
The information scope of the DLM250 at its current coverage level is basically oriented regarding content and recording precision to the “Series 1501 (JOG) 1:250 000” map.

The ATKIS®-OK250 including explanations and modelling examples is provided as a no-charge download. The OK is available only in german (GeoInfoDok).
