Central Office for House Coordinates, Building Polygons, 3D Building Model and Land Parcel Information (ZSHH)
The "Central Office for House Coordinates and Building Polygons" (ZSHH) set up in the Bavarian Agency for Digitisation, High-Speed Internet and Surveying combines selected derived products on the basis of the real estate cadastre of the Surveying Authorities of the Laender and provides these centrally for customers on behalf of the Laender for standard fee and licensing models as well as in standard data formats across the entire country. The ZSHH always steps in if customers want to license data from more than one Land.
The official House Coordinates of Germany (HK-DE)
The official House Coordinates define the precise spatial position of addressed buildings. The data source is the real estate cadastre of the Laender and therefore the official register of all land parcels and buildings in Germany. Unlike the data calculated through interpolation or otherwise obtained, the more than 22 million HK-DE existing across the country are generally based on individual on-site surveys. They are continually and comprehensively updated by the responsible cadastre authorities.

The official Building Polygons of Germany (HU-DE)
The official Building Polygons of Germany describe geographically referenced polygons of building footprints. As they are almost comprehensively based on individual on-site surveys, they have a high geometrical precision and are ideal for combining with the official House Coordinates. About 58 million HU-DE are available for all of Germany. The cadastre authorities in the Laender ensure highly up to date information and the maximum coverage across Germany.

The official 3D Building Model of Germany in Level of Detail 2 (LoD2-DE)
Over 57 million buildings are represented in the 3D Building Model of Germany in Level of Detail 2. In the database of LoD2-DE all above-ground buildings and structures including standardized roof types according to the actual ridge courses are represented. The building footprint is usually derived from the official real estate map and is therefore location accurate.

The official Land Parcel Information of Germany (FS-DE)
The approximately 65 million FS-DE describe the georeferenced surrounding polygons of all land parcels throughout Germany and are an elementary component of the official real estate cadastre of the Laender. The regional cadastre authorities ensure that the entire database is updated continuously. For licensees this means guaranteed, long-term investment security with maximum quality.
